On trend with the overall Maui condo market, median prices at Kaanapali Shores have been generally returning to early 2022 prices. Why are condo prices dropping? There are a number of factors causing market uncertainty in West Maui including the recent passing of Bill 9 which phases out vacation rentals in apartment-zoned areas and impacted a large number of surrounding properties.
