With many amenities including the onsite Beach Club restaurant and bar, this is a popular vacation destination for those seeking a resort experience.  Many owners here rent their units as short-term vacation rentals.  There are two swimming pools, two jetted hot tub spas, towel service for guests, tennis and pickleball courts, a store for sundries and beach apparel, a gift shop, fitness center, and onsite salon.  The front desk is managed by Aston and it is optional for owners to be a part of the Aston rental pool program.

Approximately 87% of the units are Fee Simple, with the remaining units still Leasehold. The project was originally developed as Leasehold and later converted. For the remaining Leasehold units, the fee interest is owned by Tradewind Kaanapali Shores, with current master leases extending through 2045.

HOA fees include electricity, water, sewer, cable, internet, trash collection, pest control, landscaping and common area maintenance, parking, common insurance, and capital reserve contributions. A daily resort fee is charged to guests.
