Kaanapali Plantation

Located on Kaanapali’s Hillside fronting the Kaanapali Golf Course is Kaanapali Plantation, a 62-unit condominium development on 10 acres, built in 1970.

The units are spread across 16 two-story plantation style buildings. Units feature ocean and golf course views and there are 1, 2, and 3-bedroom floor plans available and the floor plans range from 1096 SF – 1545 SF. There is a pool and club house area along with a tennis and pickleball court. Short-term vacation rentals are permitted and approximately half of the units are being used as short-term rentals (2022).

Kahehili Beach, or Airport Beach is just down the hill and across the street. This is a wonderful beach for swimming, paddle boarding, or simply watching the sunset.
